Our
Story

The Whole U was born not in a boardroom, but in the balance between caring for patients, supporting aging parents, and working in public health and education. One call changed everything when a senior asked for a CPR class.  That simple request lit a spark, leading to certification in October 2013 and planting the first seed of The Whole U.

What began as a small wellness circle has grown into an organization serving schools, families, faith-based communities, and government agencies. Today, The Whole U offers CPR education, caregiver training, and holistic wellness services that blend compassion with evidence-based practices. At its heart, the mission is simple: to create space to reflect, heal, and remember that wellness isn’t a luxury — it’s a lifeline.
